Subject: Gift I have chosen for my studies 

Dear Aunt Emily,

How have you been? I have not seen you for so long, it has been about 2 years now! I’m writing this email to tell you what gift I have chosen to help me in my studies. 

Thank you so much for offering to buy me a gift! I’m very thankful for your support for my upcoming Secondary School journey and I can’t wait to receive and use the gift for my studies. 

I have pondered for quite a lot and think that the Portable Printer would be the best choice as it can help me very much in my studies. As you know, I do not have a printer at home and would always need to ask mom to print any revision notes or worksheets from her office. This is quite a hassle especially when I need them urgently. Having a portable printer will then allow me to study more efficiently and effectively. 

I plan to fully utilise this gift . First, since the printer is portable and is battery operated, I can bring it around with me anywhere. Second, the printer can also help me print documents I need for my studies in a blink of an eye, so I would not waste my time waiting for the printing to be done. Third, this product can print very clear photographs and images so when I print my personal study notes, it will be clear for me and thus I can absorb the information better. This may also help me to improve my grades. Additionally, the printer can print from a phone or even a thumb drive, so it would be very convenient as I can print information quickly with just a few clicks on my phone.
