How are you? I hope you are feeling well. I am writing this email to choose one of the gifts that you are giving me from the brochure.
First of all, thank you for the awesome idea of giving me a gift as my journey of starting secondary school comes around the corner. When you heard that I was starting Secondary One, your priceless reaction made me tear up. Your support is one-of-a-kind because giving me a gadget that is useful for my learning would give me more confidence in school.
I had browsed through the brochure and chose to have a gadget after mulling over it for the past few days. I would like to choose the ‘Handheld Scanner’. I would be able to scan documents everywhere and anytime. It is convenient to carry, it does not occupy too much space and does not weigh too much. It can scan words, including from other languages to images! These features are crucial and excellent as a learning tool. Therefore, I firmly believe that the other two products on the brochure are less useful.
I am planning to use the handheld scanner to convert my physical notes into digital copies. After scanning my worksheets, I can transfer the data to my laptop so that I can have a softcopy of the notes. The reason why I need these in my laptop is technology is getting useful and convenient . Other than making softcopies, I can scan other texts from other sources and widen my reading repertoire. It is not that I will use it only for school, I can use it for everyday things! For example, scanning a document so I can use it without bringing the document. I love the idea of transferring physical documents into a softcopy. It makes my life easier as it can be read online, without the frustration of needing big, bulky files.
To sum it up, the ‘Handheld Scanner’ is the best choice and I would treasure it. Thank you for this gift and reading this email. Have a great day ahead!
